📦 Shipping (Digital Delivery)

All products sold on GuzmoZone are digital goods (software keys, game codes, gift cards, etc.).
You will not receive any physical package — everything is delivered via email.
Delivery is usually instant after successful payment.
In some cases (e.g., manual checks, system delay), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

📩 Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If you haven’t received your key within 24 hours:

Include your order number and email used at checkout.

🔄 Refund Note

We do not accept refunds after the key has been delivered and activated.
If there’s a problem (like invalid or duplicate keys), contact us within 24 hours for support.
