Refund Policy
At GuzmoZone, we sell digital products such as software and game activation keys. Due to the nature of these products, our refund policy is strict to prevent abuse.
1. Digital Product Sales Are Final All sales of digital items (software keys, game codes, gift cards, etc.) are final and non-refundable once the key or code has been delivered.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds Are Allowed Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

The key is invalid or already used (must be proven with screenshot proof within 24 hours of delivery)

You made a duplicate purchase by mistake

The wrong product was delivered (and not redeemed)

3. No Refunds For Buyer Error We do not issue refunds if:

You purchased a key for the wrong region or platform

You changed your mind after purchase

You failed to read product descriptions or system requirements
4. Delivery Confirmation All our keys are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you entered the wrong email, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes We reserve the right to block users who file fraudulent chargebacks or abuse refund policies. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be reported.
